Dr Erik Ervin is an assistant professor of turfgrass ecology and physiology in the department of crop
and soil environmental sciences. Dr. Ervin has been involved in research work in the areas of ecology, physiology, and biochemistry of cool and warm season grasses and is very active in the area of natural and synthetic plant growth regulators and supplements.

Dr. Ervin conducted research with Nature’s Wonder on Penncross Creeping Bentgrass to study the
effects Nature’s Wonder would have on this cultivar when grown under well-watered conditions and when grown under drought stress conditions.
